Natural Penis Exercises For Men To Do

You must schedule your warm-up routine at least 5 minutes before the actual penis exercise. Timing the warm-exhausted method is essential so you can give your penis enough time to relax and become more elastic.
You have to use warm water for the warm-up. Make sure that the water is not too hot to avoid injury. You can use a soft, warm cloth to wrap your penis. While soaking your penis in warm water, you must perform a slight massage on the shaft. If your penis becomes erect, relax a bit and allow your penis to go flaccid again.

In this article, I’m going to show you two natural penis exercise that you can do to make your penis bigger. These two exercises are what I still use to grow my penis bigger till this very day. The first one that I’m going to show you is called the length extender and the next one is called the jelq.
To do the length extender, take your penis and extend it out in front of you for 30 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds and repeat the same thing four more times for a total of 5 times. Do this same thing to the left and the right so that you can extend all areas of your penis.
To do the jelq, take your forefinger and your thumb and wrap it around the base of your penis. Slowly move your thumb and finger up your penis being sure to focus on pushing blood into the chambers of your penis. Once you reach the top of your penis, switch with your other hand and do the same thing. Do this for a total of 20 times and call it an end to the day. This is all that you need to do.
